Wedding Cupcakes
Mr & Mrs. Todd Landis!
I was lucky enough to be chosen as the baker for the Landis/Ahearn Wedding last Saturday, July 18th at San Diego Village Marina. Katy decided to have a dessert bar. On the menu was the following:
  • 14 dozen Red Velvet Loves Vanilla Cupcakes
  • 6 dozen Mini Choco-holic Bundt Cakes
  • 6 dozen Mini Cookie Dough Cheesecakes & N.Y. Cheesecakes
  • 2 dozen Gluten-Free Pea-nutter Butter Truffles
  • 6 inch round Gluten-Free Cake Topper (Todd is gluten-free, so gotta make yummies for the groom too!!)
After a total of about 36 hours of baking, frosting and decorating all of the desserts, the outcome was great! Everyone loved the desserts and more importantly, Katy came up to me and said the desserts were "AMAZING and exactly what she wanted". That made all of the hard work worth it.
