Mini Baker had to opportunity to do a sampling for Mark McGrath owner of "A" Restaurant and Market!
"A" Restaurant and Market just opened in Newport Beach. It's a rebirth of "The Arches", a very famous steakhouse that opened in Newport Beach in 1926 for celebrities and locals alike to dine in an intimate setting and enjoy amazing food.
I put together a box of cupcakes including: Coconut Cream Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes, Red Velvet Cupcakes and Oreo Cupcakes. I also let him sample the famous "Mini Baker Carrot Cake", some of my home-made strawberry jam, Apple-of-My-Eye Mini Apple Pies and Mini Baker Toffee.
Word has it he LOVED it all! I will know soon if my products will have a home at this fine restaurant!
I was delighted just to have the opportunity to bake for a celebrity/singer I have admired for many years :)
Here's a few pictures of the spread...

ReplyDeleteHow fun to make little treats. Of course that just means I will eat more because if they are little then there are less calories which means you can have as much as you want right? Like I said, non fat milk with Hostess cupcakes, it all equals out.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you found me. It is so interesting to read others blogs and talents and become friendly.
And you are way too adorable.
