Cookies & Cream Cupcakes

Here's a special post for my Wedding Desserts, why you ask? B/c they deserve it!!
Who baked all the items at our mini dessert bar? ME!
Thankfully, I only baked the cupcakes, mini cupcakes & the mini couple's cake.
My aunts, grandma & mother-in-law made the bars & cookies!
Everything was delicious!! (if I do say so myself!)

COOKIES & CREAM CUPCAKES!




Cookies & Cream Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
your favorite chocolate cupcake recipe (12 regular size, or 24 minis)
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup Oreo crumbs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2-4 TBSP. heavy cream
mini oreos


DIRECTIONS:
1. Cream softened butter for 2 minutes.
2. Use a food processor to crumble the Oreos. Mix 3/4 cup of Oreo crumbles into the butter.
3. Add vanilla, powdered sugar and heavy cream into the butter mixture.
4. Top the cooled chocolate cupcakes with Cookies & Cream frosting & a mini oreo!
5. Vwalaa!

  1. Oh, those look so cute and yummy. We just had cake, but if I get my way and have a 10-year vow renewal, I'm going all out on the desserts.
